Known limitations — Control Center

  • Wi-Fi-only communication. No wired data path; all device comms go over Wi-Fi. See Control Center - Wi-Fi Setup.
  • One dedicated adapter per device (direct mode). Multiple simultaneous devices need access-point forwarding or multiple adapters.
  • Offline-mode feature loss. Remote features, sync, notifications, and updates require online sign-in; offline-paired devices need re-pairing after going online. See Control Center - Launch & Authorization.
  • 6-axis mocap calibration not persisted. Recalibrate each session. See Control Center - Calibration.
  • Firmware not downgradable. Updates are one-way. See Control Center - Updates.
  • Windows only. Windows 10/11 64-bit; no macOS/Linux client.
